How It Works

Complete flow from submission to certificate

Each card goes through a structured workflow with status recording at every stage. You can monitor progress directly from the customer dashboard.

  1. Step 01

    Create Account & Submission

    Register an account, complete your profile and shipping address, then create a new submission with your card list.

  2. Step 02

    Choose Service & Pay

    Select the service level and declared value for each card. The system automatically calculates the cost for you to pay.

  3. Step 03

    Pack & Ship to Facility

    Print the packing slip, place the cards in sleeves + top loaders, and ship to the KZA facility address via insured courier.

  4. Step 04

    Intake & Matching

    The package is inspected, unpacked, and each card is matched with the submission list. Photos of the package condition are recorded.

  5. Step 05

    Authentication

    Cards are checked for authenticity — detecting trimming, recoloring, reprints, and other alterations before entering the grading stage.

  6. Step 06

    Grading & Senior Review

    Graders assess centering, corners, edges, and surface. Cards with high scores automatically enter senior review.

  7. Step 07

    Labeling, Encapsulation & QC

    Labels are printed, cards are encapsulated in tamper-evident slabs, and then inspected by the quality control team.

  8. Step 08

    Certificate & Return Shipping

    A digital certificate is issued with a QR code, cards are repacked and shipped back with tracking and insurance options.
